SHIPPING FAQ

We currently do not provide international shipping. Should you have any problems with your orders please contact us at pixigloom@gmail.com we will respond as soon as possible, thank you!

Processing Time

All packages will be sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays by 3 pm EST. Please allow 5-7 days from time of shipment for packages to arrive.

If you recieved an incorrect order / a missing item / a damaged item / or your package has been marked as "delivered" but is still missing

Please contact me and I will do my best to help you and fix the problem!

Returned orders / Incorrect address returns

If you have made an error in your shipping information, please be sure to notify me. Otherwise, if the post office returns a package to me because of incorrect address information, you will have to purchase an additional shipping fee.

I gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 1 days of purchase

I don't accept returns or exchanges

All sales are final, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Stickers

If you've ordered only die-cut stickers or sticker sheets. I will send them out via a stamped envelope with no tracking. Only when bundled with other tracked items will they have tracking included.
